Tiki Shores Inn & Suites, Penticton

I had a mixed experience over my two stays at this resort. The first stay was pleasant, with a cozy room providing a kitchenette and a nice workspace. However, during my second stay, I was quite disappointed by cleanliness issues and the need for repairs. The location is wonderful, right across from the beach, but the service and attention to detail left much to be desired, especially given the price I paid.

My recent experience at this hotel left me very disappointed. While I've stayed here multiple times in the past and enjoyed the location and cleanliness, this trip was far from ideal. The service, particularly from the front desk, was abrasive and unhelpful, and the room was not up to par in terms of amenities and cleanliness, especially for the price I paid. It's a shame because I had expected more based on previous visits.

Tiki Shores is an outstanding place to stay in Penticton with its incredible location right next to Okanagan Lake. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The service is exceptional, with staff who genuinely care about their guests. While the facilities like the pool could use some improvement, the overall experience makes it a great value for money choice.
